Harald Bühler: After training as a precision mechanic and subsequently as an industrial clerk, I worked for almost 20 years as purchasing manager for a well-known German medical technology company. Afterwards, I started up Luxamed together with Bernhard Winter and Matthias Dubb.

Bernhard Winter: After my high-school graduation I started my education as an industrial clerk and at the same time as a technical business administrator at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. During the 10 years before the establishment of Luxamed, I worked in the field of the worldwide distribution of medical producs.

Matthias Dubb: After my medical engineering study at the university of applied sciences in Ulm, I worked as quality management representative as well as product designer for a well-known German medical technology company.
